Tasting Notes: Complex, full-bodied and fresh. It has an intense, persistent and refreshing taste.
Winemaking process: Destemming using skin contact. Cooled to 15ºC, the must is then vacuum filtered with perlites. The fermentation is achieved through active dry yeasts, the temperature is controlled between 16ºC and 18ºC. The wine is aged in its bottle for a minimum of one month.
Recommendations: This is the perfect aperitif and the white wine you can trust.
