CHRISTMAS DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Christmas Has arrived again!! Our last day of sending Orders will be Wednesday 20th December.

We advise that you make your order as early as possible to avoid disappointment. We will make every effort for your order to be delivered before Christmas however it is out of our hands as at this time of year the couriers have their hands full and they cannot guarantee delivery. You can always collect at our warehouse Unit 4-7 Whitby Avenue, Park Royal, London, NW10 7SE. Please order as early as possible!

SATURDAY DELIVERY

If you wish to have your order delivered on a Saturday, you will need to place your order by Friday 10am. However, We can not Guarantee this as it's a free option and depending on the quantity ordered. Select this option on the first step of the checkout process.

COLLECTION

Collection is available from 9.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday. Please allow time for your order to be completed to ensure payments are fully authorised before collecting. An e-mail will be sent to confirm your order is ready to collect.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS DISCLAIMER

- We aim to deliver your order between 24 to 72 hours (working days) depending on your area.

- Orders received before 2pm cut off time will be processed that day and will be delivered as per the requested delivery option. Please allow time for your order to be completed to ensure payments are fully authorised before the cut off time.

- Included in the free or paid delivery are two delivery attempts, if the customer fails to receive the parcel or collect it from the depot, we have the right to cancel the order and you will be refunded the amount you paid for the Product(s) returned excluding any delivery charges (if appropriate), in case of shipping free orders we have the right to deduct our shipping costs from the refunded amount.

- We cannot take responsibility for the length of delivery time once an item is dispatched by a courier company. You need to sign your delivery order, although this does NOT need to be the signature of the cardholder that made the payment. If you think you might NOT be available to collect your order, you MUST let us know in advance of a suitable place to leave the order or alternatively you can let us know of another delivery address on the same street or within the immediate area. To do so please use the space ADD YOUR NOTES at the last step of your checkout process: ORDER AND PAYMENT OVERVIEW. Delivery to an extra address not within the vicinity of your own address will be liable for an extra fee.

GENERAL DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Packages are dispatched after receipt of payment and are shipped via APC or Express Logistics. If you prefer delivery by UPS, DHL or DPD, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you a quick and reliable service. Shipping fees include handling, packing fees as well as postage costs.

Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the area of the shipment (see above). We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Chilled goods are packaged with thermal freeze cooling packs and placed in a polystyrene box to maintain temperatures and product quality. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

We also offer a Collection service on our Warehouse whereby the customer can collect their goods at their convenience and comfort as well as saving on P&P and Delivering costs.

OUR REFUNDS POLICY

All goods must be checked before signing as anything damaged in transit and is signed for will not be refunded. If an item is not up to your standards returns are available via calling us or writing to us quoting your name and order number to [email protected] within 2 days of receiving your order otherwise any claims will be void. Refunds will be arranged at our discretion.
