Tasting notes: Limpid, citrus colour. A tropical aroma of great intensity, suggesting the presence of passion fruit and citrus fruits. Fruity, fresh and balanced with a robust finish.
Winemaking Process: Destemming and crushing, skin maceration and pre-fermentation to about 10ºC. Fermentation for 15 days with control fermentation temperatures at approx. 15 ºC.
Recommendations: A great accompaniment to fish dishes, seafood and poultry, served at an ideal temperature of 10ºC.
