One of the best terroirs of the North-East wine region of Bairrada, Quinta D’Aguieira Winery introduces an incredible mosaic of micro-terroirs drawn along 21 hectares.
A complex blend of Touriga Nacional, Cabernet Sauvignon and Tinta Roriz starts by the maceration in stainless steel vat, and part of it goes into the wine press. The fermentation process lasts about 3 weeks at a controlled temperature of 32C.
It will then be left ageing for a year in French oak barrels.
Balanced, structure almost full body and with a persistent finish.
