Aroma: An intense blend of flowers and fruit.

Serradayres Reserva White 75cl:
Tasting Notes: Limpid with a citrus colour and greenish hint. Young aroma of orange blossom, with prevailing citrus and melissa.Tropical fruit nuances, hazelnuts, and toasts. Fruity, fresh, balanced, and harmonious.
Winemaking Process: Total destemming, extended skin maceration, alcoholic fermentation at 61ºF, and one month of maturation in the bottle.
Recommendations: Ideal as an aperitif or paired with fish, seafood, and grilled white meats. Serve at 6 ºC to 8 ºC.
Esporao Reserva White Wine 75cl:
Tasting Notes: Crystal clear, light straw colour with green hues. Aromas of grapefruit and white peach with subtle toasty oak integration. Herbal, spicy, and fresh notes. A palate that is creamy, complex, and well-balanced, with elegant fruit and minerality that culminates in a strong and lingering finish.
Winemaking Process: Destemming, cold settling, skin maceration, pressing, and must decantation. Handpicked grapes, vinified separately, and partially aged for 6 months on lees in French and American oak barrels. Ageing on fine lees, six months in new American and French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks.Certified organic production from a 20-year-old vineyard.
Esporão Reserva White 2020: A careful blend of Arinto, Antão Vaz, and Roupeiro grapes from Herdade do Esporão. Crystalline with straw colour and greenish reflections. Rich aromas of grapefruit, lemon, and spice. Creamy mouthfeel with structure and volume, excellent balance, and a long, elegant finish.
