Tasting Notes: Crystal clear in appearance and the colour is defined as citrus with greenish hues. Its aroma is described as lush, dominated by tropical fruits, pineapple and passion fruit standing out in particular, joined by some lemonade notes. In the mouth it shows a fidget youth, where fruity flavours are supported by the vivacity of acidity, resulting in an intense set with great freshness and noticeable persistence.
Finished process with the alcoholic fermentation in French oak barrels.
Recommendations: Goes well with seafood, clams and grilled fish. Serve at a temperature of 6-8 C.
