In the first nine months, the wines remain in stainless steel vats outside in order to undergo a process of natural decantation ended which are transferred to wooden vats and later to 550-liter barrels. Are blended wines featuring an average age of 3-4 years.
Tasting notes: It is medium golden brown in colour. Prominent ripe fruits like prunes. On the palate complexity resulting from its aging in wood.
Recommendations: It can be served as an appetizer with dried fruit kind nuts and almonds. In dessert is excellent companion of apple pie or lemon ice cream.
