Tasting Notes: A dry wine of real finesse with an intense aroma of ripe orchard fruits. It is full-bodied with a delicious, creamy character which is countered by a fresh, citrus quality on a long finish.
Winemaking process: De-stemming, pelicular maceration and pressing. Cooled to 15ºC, the must passes through a vacuum filter with perlites. The fermentation is achieved through active dry yeasts, the temperature is controlled between 16ºC and 18ºC. The wine is aged in bottles for a minimum of one month after bottling.
Recommendations: Excellent aperitif, particularly recommended with fish, white meat, soups, salads and any light flavoured dishes.
