Tasting notes: Limpid, ruby colour. A hint of fruit in the aroma and a fruit flavour in harmony with the wood, combine to give the wine a smooth balanced aftertaste.
Winemaking Process: Total destemming, crushing, prolonged soaking for 5 days to control fermentation temperatures about 26 º C. It is kept for four months in American and French oak, followed by 9 months of ageing in the bottle.
Recommendations: A great accompaniment to red meat and spicy or strongly flavoured dishes. It should be served at a temperature of 16 ºC to 18 ºC.
