Tasting Notes: Predominant aroma in red fruits hints of spices and roasted beans. Fruity, soft, well-structured and harmonious.
Winemaking Process: Total destemming, extended skin maceration and alcoholic fermentation at 28ºC. 6 months in French oak barrels and 2 months in the bottle.
Recommendations: Pairing with meat and strong cheeses. Should be served between 16 and 18ºC.
