Tasting notes: This wine is limpid, with a defined citrus colour with a greenish hint. A young aroma of orange blossom, with the citrus and melissa prevailing.Tropical fruit nuances, hazelnut and toasts. Fruity, fresh, balanced and harmonious.
Winemaking process: Total de-stemming, extended skin maceration, and alcoholic fermentation at 61ºF. Matured for one month in the bottle.
Recommendations: To drink as an aperitif or accompanying fish, seafood and grilled white meats delicacies. It should be served at a temperature of 6 ºC to 8 ºC.
