Tasting Notes: This wine has a crystal clear citrine colour, fruity aroma, fine and elegant. It is mellow, fresh, smooth and complex on the palate. The finish is extremely harmonious, revealing the grapes from which it is made.
Winemaking process: Grapes are unloaded and immediately de-stemmed, crushed and cooled. They settle for eight hours in order to extract greater aroma from the skins. After this period, they are pressed, with the must drawn off and clarified through decanting. The must's temperature is then kept at 15ºC (59ºF) during fermentation. Once the fermentation phase is completed, the wine is immediately transferred in order to initiate the stabilization and clarification process.
Recommendations: This wine is a perfect accompaniment to grilled or stewed fish, and seafood. Ideal serving temperature is 10º to 12ºC. It can be consumed immediately or stored for 2 years after bottling, as long as the storage conditions are suitable.
