Tasting Notes: Its a bright, fruited, young refreshing white with apple and lemon notes in the aroma and tasting. Its a pleasant easy drinking wine, very smooth, easy drinking perfect for every day consumption.
Winemaking process: Destemming, pelicular maceration and pressing. Cooled to 15ºC, the must passes by a vacuum filter with perlites. The fermentation is achieved through active dry yeasts, the temperature being controlled between 16ºC and 18ºC.
Recommendations: Excellent as aperitif, its also a delicious complement of dishes with vinegar, fish, and white meat, vegetarian, Mexican, Indian and Thai gastronomies and as well lighter flavoured dishes and fresh cheeses. We recommend to serve at the temperature of 8-10ºC.
