Tasting Notes: This wine is Golden in colour. Look for zesty grapefruit, marmalade and honey. Rich full-bodied, balanced texture with grapefruit and honey flavours with a good bite and a creamy lingering finish.
Winemaking process: Vineyard orientation, Planse terrain, NE-SW Oriented. Climate and soil, Mediterranean with hot summers. Grey alluvial clay soil. Harvest period is 4th week of October. The harvest is 100% hand harvested. The grapes go directly to press, 2 hours in gentle pressing, controlled híper-oxigenation prior to 24h settling, 100% barrel fermentation - 100% french used oak.
Recommendations: It is great on its own, foie-gras, and desserts. Best served at 10ºC.
