Tasting Notes:
Colour/Appearance: Ruby - Clear
Aroma: Of good intensity with berries, blackberry, cherry, currant, cherry and also chocolate
Flavour: Intense with fruit, round and sweet tannins with vanilla notes. Harmonious and persistent finish
Winemaking Process:
Total destemming, crushing, prolonged maceration for 5 days with control of fermentation temperatures at about 26ºC. 8 months in French, Portuguese and American Oak barrels and later stage of 9 months in bottle
Recommendations:
Great to accompany intense flavoured dishes, especially meat. It should be consumed at 15ºC
