Tasting notes: Deep garnet, violet colour. Dark roasted nut, cedar pencil, butter and brown sugar, sautéed berry aromas follow through on soft, supple entry to a very fruity medium body with candied strawberry and apple sauce notes. Finishes with a zippy, powdery tannin fade. A crowd pleasing sipper.
Recommendations: Great to accompany red meat and grilled or spicy dishes. It should be served at a temperature of 16 to 18 ºC.
