Tasting notes: Intense garnet colour. Predominant in red fruits, with ripe cherry and raspberry prevailing. The wild fruits and the toast nuances complete this bouquet. Fruity flavour, smooth, well-structured and harmonious.
Winemaking process: Aged for 9 months in French oak barrels.
Recommendations: It is an ideal accompaniment to grilled red meats or with sauces, game and structured cheeses. It should be served at a temperature of 16 ºC to 18 ºC.
