Tasting Notes: Intense and complex where the minerality is dominant over floral and citrus notes. Full and voluminous in mouth, subtle acidity, shows the fruit in all its fullness becoming a set of unique quality.
Winemaking process: The Bairrada region has excellent conditions for producing quality white wines with great ageing potential. The winemaking team at Caves São Domingos aim to produce white wines at the highest level which can contribute to changing consumer habits.
Recommendations: Excellent for salmon entries, fish, or eel stew, and hard paste cheeses. It should be served at 8-10ºC.
