Tasting Notes: Defined garnet, intense in violet hues. Its aroma is complex, predominant in red fruits and some notes of spices. Its flavour is fruity, smooth, well-structured and harmonious.
Winemaking process: Six months in French oak barrels. Two months in the bottle. Total destemming, extended skin maceration and alcoholic fermentation at 82ºF (28ºC).
Recommendations: Ideal with grilled red meats or with sauces, game and cheese. Serve at a temperature of 43-47ºF (6-8ºC).
