Winemaking process: The wine aged in barrels of french and american oak for 12 months.
Tasting Notes: Dense and deep wine with notes of black fruit, spice and graphite. Long finish evolving during the taste.
Recommendations: The bottles should be laid down with the wine in contact with the cork in a cold place (about 12ºC) and with some humidity (75% relative humidity). These conditions are expected to remain constant throughout the year. This wine can be drunk immediately or, if you prefer, you can let it age for 5-8 years. It should be drunk at 16º C.
It goes very well with game dishes, red meats and cheeses.
