Tasting Notes: Complex aroma, dominated smoked and spiced notes, wrapped in a light vanilla and jam. Very fresh in the mouth, with polished tannins and toasty notes reveals vibrancy and elegance.
Winemaking process: The grapes are harvested at the right moment of maturation recognised by the systematic caring of the grapes, leaves and according to wine destination. Manual grape harvest for 20Kgs cases, totally strip and separated grapes fermentation at controlled stainless steel tank temperature of 27ºC, making frequent remounts.
Baga: pre-fermentation maceration at 15ºC for 48 hours. Performance of 4 déléstages: the first 4 days of fermentation with maceration for 15 days. Touriga Nacional: fermentation at 28ºC in a stainless steel tank with maceration for 12 days.
Recommendations: It should be served at 16-18ºC Especially suitable with grilled red meats and fat cheeses.
