Ingredients:
Starch, gelling agents (carrageenan, locust bean gum), salt, dye (beta-carotene), aroma (vanillin).
Gluten-free: made with Corn starch , Carob Gum.
Method:
Mix the contents of 1 sachet with 3 tablespoons of sugar (50g).
From ½ liter of milk, take a small amount to dissolve the mixture, put the rest on the fire.
When the milk comes to a boil, add the dissolved mixture and boil for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and pour into a previously caramelized form, let cool and refrigerate.
Once prepared, keep refrigerated.
Additional Information:
Each sachet of powdered preparation, after being made with milk, provides 5 portions of 112g.
It can be prepared with semi-skimmed milk.
You can substitute sugar for another type of sweetener.
