Alheira is made from poultry and game cooked meats properly shredded manually, mixed with bread and seasoned with olive oil, salt, bay leaves and garlic.
Serve grilled, fried or made in the oven for a variety of main dishes, topping and finger food.

Chicken meat, wheat bread, pork, garlic, salt, lard, sweet paprika, pepper.
Packed in vacuum. Keep in cold temperatures respecting 0 to 15*C. May contain chicken bone fragments.
