Winemaking Process: Obtained from Moscatel grape fermentation, interrupted by the addition of Wine Spirit, and pellicular maceration for at least 5 months.
Tasting Notes: Amber colour with some golden hints and an aroma of orange peels, honey, dried fruits and tea has a fresh taste which is well balanced and has good persistence.
Recommendations: As an aperitif at a temperature of 10ºC or as a digestive at a temperature of 16ºC. This wine is good as an aperitif or to accompany regional, dark chocolate and conventual confectionery. Anticipated longevity of many years.
