The Rosé Wine Monte Cascas DOC Organic Beira Interior 2019 is produced by professionals who are passionate and obstinate about what they do, whose focus is to use the best grapes from each region and seeks to revive the unique traditions of Portugal, this Wine reflects the character of their winegrowers, who first of all are passionate about what they do in life, dedicated to work and unique.
This rosé, vegan and organic wine comes from the Aragonese (85%) and Rufete (15%) varieties.
After vinification, aged for 3 months in French oak barrels.
Tasting Notes:
The Rosé Monte Cascas Biológico Beira Interior 2018 is presented in a light pink color and with a fruity aroma in the nose, already in the mouth, it proves to be a fresh and balanced wine. Very interesting!
