Tasting Notes: The wine presents itself with a ruby color, with ripe black fruit aromas and some notes of vanilla, coconut and chocolate. In the mouth is wide, fresh with firm tannins and a prolonged aftertaste.
Winemaking process: The stage is conducted new barrels 50% and 50% barrels second use french oak for 12 months. After bottling, the wine is aged in bottle for 6-8 months.
Recommendations: The bottles should be laid down in a cold place (around 12ºC). This wine can be drunk immediately or train for 8 to 10 years. It should be consumed at a temperature of 16ºC-18ºC.
