Winemaking process: Hand-picked grapes are unloaded and immediately destemed and crushed. After maceration at 10ºC , the fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature of 16ºC. The wine was centrifuged and cold stabilized before being filtered and bottled.
It can be drunk now or stored for 2 to 3 years after bottling, as long as the storage conditions are suitable.
Tasting Notes: This wine presents a crystal clear aspect and a soft pink colour. Intense aroma to fruits, it is fresh, balanced and persistent.
Recommendations: This wine is a fine accompaniment to salads, seafood, fish dishes, and white meats. Ideal serving temperature is 8º to 10ºC.
