Maizena Express is a corn starch which quickly thickens any type of sauce, cream and smooth to ensure a compact sauce.
Unlike traditional Maizena you had to dissolve cornstarch in cold liquid first, Maizena Express dilutes in hot liquid in just a minute, so that a fast can link our sauces and creams, its usage is as simple as this: Maizena Express is added slowly over sauce or liquid hot stirring slowly with a spoon until we noticed the thick point to our liking, allowed to warm one minute and we have a rich sauce, then give the point salt you want.
