Stoned Green Olives with Olive Oil, Garlic and Bay Leaves are thoroughly selected when they reach what is considered the ideal size. The stones are removed but the green olives retain their round natural shape, they then are lightly coated with the finest Mediterranean ingredients such as extra virgin olive oil, fresh garlic and bay leaves so that that you have a combination which is both rich and velvety but also full of fresh olive flavour.
