Tasting Notes: Soft aromatic intensity with toasted nuts and hints of resin. In the mouth, it is complex, with a predominantly austere feel and a sweet ending.
Distillation: The slow, natural ageing of this brandy in French Limousin oak casks over a minimum of five years, develops an astonishing richness of aromas, flavours and colours. At the same time it maintains the initial character of the wine, with its exceptionally pleasant taste, concentrated floral aromas and a finishing touch of vanilla, in keeping with the very own 'São Domingos' style.
Recommendations: Serve neat in a balloon glass at 20ºC as an everyday after-meal digestive. Alternatively it can be served as a long drink with mineral water (still or sparkling), ginger ale, soda or tonic water for a delicious, vigorous and very refreshing treat.
