Grapes: Pinot Noir, Touriga Nacional Vintage: 2016 Tasting Notes: Rich, vibrant and intense fruity red with juicy black fruit & spicy flavours. It is a great wine, tasty, smooth and elegant with an intense and persistent finish. Winemaking Process: The wine is aged in 225 litre Seguin Moreau French oak barrels for 18 months then aged in the bottle for a minimum of 12 months. Recommendations: A great wine for special occasions and top gastronomy, we also recommend it with game dishes and is delicious with cheese from Serpa in Portugal. Serve at 16 to 18 ? C.
