It’s a ripened cheese, with a hard and whitish with crystals texture, hard and white crust. Has a sharp flavour and aroma.
Also available Covo with Paprika.
Serving Suggestions: On its own or with bread and jam or marmalade, or fruit.
Ingredients:
Pasteurized goat's milk, salt, calcium chloride, rennet and starter cultures.
Keep in a cool dry place respecting temperatures between 2 and 10*C.
