ALVELHE SEMI-CURED MIXED CHEESE (COW AND EWE)
Its a ripened cheese, with a buttery and whitish texture, and soft and yellowish crust. Has a highlighted, but smooth flavour and aroma.
Serving Suggestions: On its own or with bread and jam or marmalade or fruit.
Ingredients:
Pasteurized cow and sheep's milk, skimmed milk powder, salt, calcium chloride, rennet and starter cultures.
Allergens: milk.
Keep in dry and cool place at temperatures between 2 º and 10 º C.
