Winemaking process: Total destemming extended skin maceration and alcoholic fermentation at 28ºC.
Tasting Notes: Clean, intense Ruby. Red fruits prevailing, wild fruits and toasted grains nuances. Fruity flavour, smooth, harmonious and persistent.
Recommendations: Accompanying dishes of Mediterranean cuisine, Chinese, Indian and soft cheese. Serve at a temperature of 16-18ºC
