Big, ripe and rich, this is a delicious wine.
It's burst of red fruits gives an initial juiciness that is easily confirmed. It is all about sweet red berries, which are boosted by wood and dried fig flavours.
Grapes: Aragonez (40%), Trincadeira (40%) e Alicante Bouschet (20%)
Tasting Notes: Defined garnet, intense in violet hues. Its aroma is complex, predominant in red fruits and some notes of spices. Its flavour is fruity, smooth, well-structured and harmonious.
Winemaking process: Six months in French oak barrels. Two months in the bottle.
Recommendations: Ideal with grilled red meats or with sauces, game and cheese. Serve at a temperature of 18ºC.
