Fim de Seculo Aguardente Vinica Velha is just a perfect Portuguese Brandy.
Tasting Notes: An intense ruby colour, this wine presents a complex aroma with mature red fruit and violets, well integrated with the more discreet aromas of dry fruits and vanilla due to the wood. In the mouth, it reveals a soft and silk note with volume. One can also sense the presence of good quality tannins that give the wine a solid and lasting structure. Finally, it has a harmonious and persistent finish.
Winemaking Process: Fermentation occurs between 27 Œ_C and 28 Œ_C with a manual remounting system. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is stored in French oak casks for one year, followed by ageing in the bottle.
